  • Site Condition Accuracy: Estimates are reliant on the property details provided by you (the client). If the actual site dimensions, sub-grade integrity, or water drainage structures differ materially from what was submitted online or observed during initial inspection, Asphalt Renew reserves the right to adjust pricing via a formal change order before work begins.

  • You are an authorized agent, property manager, HOA board member, or the legal owner of the property for which services are being requested.
